About

I'm a learner. Working with smart people to do great things is my oxygen.

In early 2015, I started to write "The Futurist," a column for The Daily of the University of Washington looking at the future of humanity. I also read plenty of books on related topics, including "Bold" by Peter Diamandis, "The Better Angels of Our Nature" by Steven Pinker, and Ashley Vance's biography of Elon Musk.

I quickly realized that we are living at a unique time in human history where individuals can gain leverage using tools to get maximum impact. I decided to do the Entrepreneurship minor at the Foster School of Business at UW, and started a company called DubsCup. Further reading connected me back to my two childhood passions: car design and astronomy. I chose to pursue design as my specialization of choice, and I have loved every moment of it.

Apart from design, I really enjoy playing bass, writing music, biking, hiking, futurology, politics, good food, astronomy, and great conversation about all of these things.
